Lycos’ customer service manager is an asshole
February 1st, 2007 — dan.linRead this guys blog about how Lycos refused to release hundreds of his Emails locked up in their service because he won’t pay the $20 ransom. The customer service manager subsequently delete all of his Emails and was not the least bit polite or apologetic about it. Come on! Everyone knows you can’t behave like that unless you are at least a part of an oligopoly like the cell phone or cable companies. What an asshole… I’m boycotting Lycos from now on in support of….. wait, I haven’t use Lycos in… maybe ever.
